ARABIAN GULF (Nov. 20, 2014) Seaman Matthew Romback, a native of Huntsville, Alabama, uses a sound-powered telephone to pass information to the bridge on the dock landing ship USS Comstock (LSD 45) during an underway replenishment-at-sea.
